Delivery timelines
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our studio within 48 hours and reach most Indian pin codes in 2–5 working days. Custom and bridal orders take 3–4 weeks.
Shipping charges
Flat ₹59 across India, free on orders above ₹499. International shipping is quoted at checkout by weight.
Returns
Return any unworn piece within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Share an unboxing video for damage claims so we can replace it immediately.
Damaged in transit
Terracotta is sturdy but not indestructible. If a piece arrives chipped, write to care@vrikshaka.in within 48 hours and we'll remake it free of charge.
